Shipping and Orders

Where do you ship?

Our products are shipped from the United States, with two shipping centers located in Long Beach and Philadelphia. The dispatch location for your order will be determined based on inventory availability.

When will I receive my order?

We process and ship orders within 1-3 business days of receipt. In case of any unusual delays, we will inform you via email or text message. We offer two shipping options within the US:

  • Standard Shipping: 10-12 business days
  • Economy Shipping: about 2-3 weeks

We strive to ensure timely delivery, but please be aware that delays may occur due to invalid addresses, customs clearance issues, public holidays, peak seasons, or local carrier delays, and we cannot guarantee a specific arrival date.

For the most accurate updates, please use the tracking link provided once your order has shipped. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.

Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses?

Currently, we do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

How can I check the status of my order?

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number. You can track the progress of your shipment by entering this number into your web browser.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders are processed quickly upon receipt, so if you have any changes or special requests, please email us as soon as possible at We will do our best to accommodate your request and assist with any order updates.

My package shows delivered, but I didn't actually receive it - what should I do?

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, we recommend the following steps:

  • Check around your delivery location for any hidden or safe places the package might have been placed.
  • Inquire with neighbors or building management to see if the package was received on your behalf.
  • Contact the local post office or delivery service, as they might hold additional details about the package's delivery.
If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us at with your order details, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.


Returns & Exchanges

How do I make a return or exchange?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our online store. If you are not satisfied, we are happy to accept returns for most items within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please email us with your order number and reason for the return. Once we receive your request, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several days for the refund to appear on your statement.


We are happy to assist with your exchange. Your first exchange is free of charge.

  • Please contact us in advance at our email address(, providing your order number and specific exchange request.
  • We will arrange the first exchange for you at no cost, following the instructions we provide to exchange.
  • Once we receive your returned item, we will dispatch the new product to you.
  • Please ensure that all items being exchanged are clean and in good condition.

Note that after the first exchange, subsequent exchanges will incur a fee, and you will be responsible for the shipping costs.


  • A shipping label can be provided to US customers at a flat rate of $7 USD (covers return shipping and handling)
  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Some items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please read the product description carefully before making your purchase.

How long do I have to return or exchange an item?

You have 30 days from date of delivery to return an item for an exchange or refund

How long will it take for my exchange or return to be processed?

Exchanges and returns are processed 2 to 3 business days after we have received your returned item.

For exchanges:

Once we’ve confirmed that the item has been returned to our facilities, process your exchange item. We will keep constant communication with you via email.

For refunds:

We will let you know once your return item has been received and then issue a refund to your original from of payment. If you opted to receive a shipping label to return your items, a flat rate return shipping and handling fee of $7 USD will be deducted from your refund amount.

Do you refund the delivery charge?

Exchanges are free on your first order! We will provide a shipping label for you to send back the items.

Unfortunately, shipping fees for returns must be covered by the customer if the items returned for a refund are for non-quality issues.

  • US customers can arrange their own return shipping, OR a shipping label can be provided by Vettyhome, however a flat rate of $7 USD will be deducted from your refund to cover the return shipping and handling fee.

Can I return a "Final Sale" item?

How do I clean my products?

Most of our products are machine washable. For special items that require different care, we provide specific instructions on the product page and on the product labels. If you have any doubts or questions regarding the care of a product, please refer to its product page for detailed information.


Sizing & Fit

How can I find the right size for my dog?

Each of our clothing items has a detailed size chart on its product page, which you can use to find the perfect fit for your dog. Here's how to measure:

  • Neck: Measure the circumference of your pet's neck. You can allow a little variance in your measurement.
  • Length: This refers to the length of your dog, typically measured from the base of the neck to the base of the tail along the back.
  • Chest: Use a soft measuring tape to measure your dog's chest girth, wrapping around the back from just behind the front legs.
  • Weight: Our products are designed with an estimation of a dog's length and weight. We provide guidance on whether a garment's size runs large, small, or true to size. You can also use your pet's weight to help determine the right size.

By taking these measurements and comparing them with our size chart, you can ensure the best fit for your furry friend.

What do I do if my dog is in between sizes?

If you are in between sizes, go with the larger size. We also recommend prioritizing the chest measurement over the neck and back measurements.

I bought a size and it’s too small/big - what should I do?

If the size you purchased for your dog is either too small or too big, we're here to help. Please contact us via email at with your order number and the issue with the size.
